The H.R. Department of ACEG together with its 20 subsidiaries and branches have carried out on-the-spot campus recruitment activities for college graduates in 2019 from September 13 and up to September 27 in 9 universities in 5 prefectures and cities in Anhui Province.
ACEG has forged ahead and promoted its business transformation and upgrading to expand its business scope since the national 13th five-year plan began and its overall strength enhanced as a result and its demand for talents has been on the rise.
ACEG has organized yearly campus recruitment activities since 2016, at present, the brand effect of ACEG has been initially formed in many colleges and universities and ACEG’s scale advantage of centralized recruitment as a large enterprise has been created. By the time of the end of the activity, 2070 applications have been received and agreements with more than 400 outstanding graduates have preliminary reached.
Next, the human resources department of ACEG will coordinate with the recruitment management organizations such as the Provincial talent center according to the talent demand of each subsidiary and branch and continue to organize recruitment activities in other key universities in an aim to provide stronger talent support for the stable development of the Group.
